SHIPPING


For international clients, we only ship via DHL. For local Philippines clients, we only ship via LBC.


We have nationwide free shipping in the Philippines. For international clients, charge PHP2,500 for those in Asia and PHP3,800 for other countries.


Client can avail of insurance/protection of items. Kindly advise us via clientcare@jhaenajewels.com if you want to avail of insurance.


No. Since the courier is a third-party company, we cannot accommodate requests for a specific delivery date or time. Once you receive your tracking number, we kindly request you wait for your parcel's arrival.


Yes. Once we ship your orders, you will receive a tracking number. You can monitor your order using the tracking number on LBC (local) or DHL (international).


If you are not home to receive the package, kindly coordinate with the courier on the best time to deliver the package. However, please bear in mind that in case of a parcel loss, Jhaena Jewels is not liable.
